I'm beyond lucky to be one of the "tech-savvy youngsters" in Ammi's life. May we all channel our inner Ammi's today and every day!

I love his line appreciating “the male equivalent of wearing purple.” I’d like to hear from more men about what this is for them. Maybe their reflections could benefit today’s young men who struggle with isolation and constraints of a rigid view of masculinity.

A life well living. The opening picture of you and your granddaughter tells a story. If instead somehow, it was a picture of you holding yourself as a child, it would tell your story. Both lovely.

Have a fantastic 90th.

My 92-year-old father would love to talk and be friends with 90-year-old Ammi Kohn. As Ammi noted, it's hard to find like-minded, active nonagenarians.

Wow. The difference between this interview with the (almost) 90-year-old Ammi Kohn and the recent interview with the 74-year-old poet couldn’t be more striking. I love this about Oldster. Such a wide variety of experiences and perspectives on getting older, some saddening and others, like this, joyful and inspiring. It makes for a rich reading experience, every time. Ammi is a person I’d like to meet! What a delight to spend a few moments with him this morning.

Wow. I couldn't love this more! The zest! The equanimity. The joy. These are clearly the secrets to being this vibrant at 90 (and um, at 34...!).

I’m more than 30 years younger & will now use him as an older person to model myself after. Also, Mel Brooks’ 200 year old man routine might be the funniest thing I ever heard.
