Have I told you how much I love getting the playlist each week, and finding new music to love (Aaron Frazer 🩵)? Kudos and thank you to Cliff Chenfeld...
I just feel sorry for JLo's kids! :( Her life seems to be a revolving door of men who she brings into their lives, and they don't stay. I think they're going to have a hard time in their own relationships when they're old enough to date. I recently read that she made the comment of "no men" for a while and I had to snort-laugh when I read that. I couldn't help but think, "You should've made that decision a LONG time ago, and LONG before Ben Again."
I found the two-bursts-of-aging article fascinating (actually they say there may be additional bursts later, but the study didn't look at people older than 75). I noticed I started losing a lot of friends in my mid-40s, mostly to cancer.
I didn't feel much older at 45 than I did at 30, but in my late 50s I do notice more changes: more fatigue, less physical flexibility.
Scientists find humans age dramatically in two bursts – at 44, then 60. - Hannah Devlin in The Guardian.
(Possibly our ave age of 44 is when ish our parents are dying— shit this hurts; and 60’s is when peers begin seriously dying—damn there is no escaping it. Throw in a few of our own close calls: We owe you Death)
