Loved this beautiful and clear-eyed reflection on aging with long-term disabilities and chronic pain, that doesn't sugarcoat (or catastrophize) the harder parts, and glows with tenderness and joy about the happier parts.

I have heard that most people stop listening to new music in their 30's. Loved your comment that you are "open to almost every kind of music minus guilt or peer pressure." I have listened to many black metal folk bands myself, though I may have to do a search for a Mongolian one :-)
