Love this. Firing the pandemic I for real began telling my reflection in the mirror how much I loved her and found her beautiful, and it was wonderful! I try to remember to do it now, too. I mean really looking at yourself with the eyes of love is a wonderful thing. Everyone should do it.

I started wearing bikinis the year I turned 45 and have a personal commitment to bikinis forever. When I notice myself sucking in my stomach, a long anti-belly reflex, I invite myself to relax, over and over. Relax. Now I'm going to add, You're goddamned beautiful. Thank you
